Albert Yang

In my prior life, I was a risk analyst working for brokerage firms. After going through a significant re-alignment of my life goal in 2015, I have found my passion, studying religion. I received my BA and MA in the study of religion and Jewish Studies from U of T in 2021 and 2023 respectively. I am proficient in modern Chinese; have a solid understanding of Classical Chinese, Biblical Hebrew, French and German.

A random collection of my thought on religion, religions and the religious can be found at my blog.

The University of Toronto operates on land that for thousands of years it has been the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca, and  the Mississaugas of the Credit. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land. Learn more about this history.
