SUMMARY:A Conversation between Lama Rod Owens and Students
DESCRIPTION:On the afternoon of February 23\, we're hosting a conversation 
 between Lama Rod Owens and students in several undergraduate courses on th
 e topic of his 2020 book\, Love and Rage: The Path of Liberation through A
 nger. An author\, activist\, and Buddhist teacher\, Lama Rod Owens is one 
 of the most influential American Buddhist teachers working today. Students
  in courses on meditation and race at the Mississauga campus and in the De
 partment for the Study of Religion are reading his book this semester\, an
 d they are super excited about the opportunity to speak with him directly
